Itinerary

Arrive at the King Hussein Airport close to Aqaba(AQJ) or elsewhere in Aqaba and we will transfer you to your hotel in Petra.

Aqaba is a small city in the very south of Jordan, nowadays mainly famous for some of the most beautiful diving and snorkeling grounds in the world. Due to her location at the northern tip of the Red Sea, the city has however been (and still is) of great economical and strategical importance for the region for hundreds of years.

Overnight in Petra.

Today, you will visit the ancient Nabataean city of Petra, often also called the ‘Rose City’ or the ‘Lost City,’ and is one of the Modern 7 Wonders of the World.

Enter through ‘the Siq’, a narrow canyon flanked by high sandstone walls until reaching the magnificent and iconic ‘Treasury.

In the evening you will be transferred to the Dead Sea – a unique and very special place.

Enjoy the entire day at your Dead Sea Resort.

At 400m below sea level, the dead sea is located at the lowest place on earth! Additionally, the extremely high salinity of the water allows you to float on the water surface without any effort.

Don’t forget to try the world-famous Dead Sea Mud. It is great for the skin and is used in numerous beauty products. If you really want to treat yourself, you can book one of the various treatments in the spa.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and take time to float, swim, relax by the pool.

In the afternoon, we will transfer you to Amman, Jordan’s capital city.

Overnight in Amman.

Depart from your hotel in Amman and drive to Wadi Rum.

Enjoy the adventure of a 4×4 jeep tour through the desert, following in the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia and ‘the Martian’, discover ancient inscriptions, climb sand dunes and rock bridges. An unforgettable experience! Then continue to Petra, where you will spend the night.

Overnight in Wadi Rum.

Today, you will spend most of your time on or in the refreshing waters of the Red Sea.

Board the boat at around 9 o’clock in the morning. It will take you to several beautiful diving places, where you can dive, snorkel and swim right off the boat. You will also have plenty of time to sunbathe and relax on the boat’s sun deck.

For lunch, passengers are treated on the boat with a grilled lunch and Arabic salads.

Then around 2 to 3 pm, you will return to the shore and have some free time to spend as you choose. Options include exploring local markets and souvenir shops, discovering some of Aqaba’s history, and heading back to your beach hotel.
