We have to require deposits and levy cancellation charges in order to cover all the costs we may incur before the start of a tour including cancellation fees from hotels, cancellation charges from other service providers, etc.
In the cancelation policies below, the term “refund” = refund from total trip price = Cancellation Charge.
Cancellation Policy for Private tours and Experience Jordan Group Tours
60+ Days before the trip – 75% refund
31 – 60 Days before the trip – 50% refund
0 – 30 Days before the trip – no refund
If paying by credit card directly through the office, there is an additional 6% charge to cover the credit card company commission costs, which we still pay even when providing a refund.
If paying by Paypal, there are no additional Paypal charges if the refund is requested within 2 months of the original payment. After this period the refund amount will be sent through paypal, but the customer will have to pay the normal paypal charges to receive this payment.
Agent Confirmation & Payment:
For agents, we confirm bookings on written confirmation of a new trip with dates. We require a 25% deposit a minimum of 90 days prior to trip departure and full payment by bank transfer minimum 30 days prior to trip departure.
Please provide the final rooming list at least 90 days prior to the trip date. If this changes last minute, we may not be able to guarantee availability with hotels.
Agent Cancelation Policy:
90+ Days prior to the trip – full refund
31 – 90 Days prior to the trip – 75% refund (Up to 20% of group can cancel with no charge)
15 – 30 Days prior to the trip – 25% refund
0 – 15 Days before trip – no refund
