Very well organised, punctual, great guides and drivers

We booked this trip for Christmas & New Year with a loop to Jerusalem. We loved the professional guides (especially Hisham Khatib, Jerusalem) and the careful and punctual drivers. Choice of hotels was not lucky everywhere: Warwick Amman was too average (although it advertises itself as 4 4-star), the Grand Hotel in Jerusalem was also pretty average, other hotels worked out very well. The tour that was recommended worked out very well, and we loved our trip. We didn’t need the guides every day, so evaluate yourself on the necessity per day. Would have appreciated receiving recommendations for restaurants near the hotels we stayed at. Would be happy to recommend this agency, we were attended to punctually.
