I joined Experience Jordan for their weekly walk (more accurately, wade) in Wadi Hidan. There’s no better way to cool off from the late summer sun than jumping and sliding into secluded rock pools. If dramatic views of black basalt wadi walls aren’t tempting enough, Experience Jordan also offers plenty of good food and good people to go with the scenery. I was happy to see how much care the staff took to preserve the cleanliness of the canyon. There’s also transport provided from Amman, so it’s an ideal weekend activity for anyone looking to get away without worrying about logistics!
